Caving Calamity Released (Version 1)


Hello and welcome to the first devlog of Caving Calamity!

I made Caving Calamity over a year ago for a University Project and I am very proud of the game. However, it is NOT "finished". It is a playable experience from beginning to end and has no bugs as far as I am aware. But the game is lacking in quality here and there, and a few spelling mistakes or incorrect dialogue box titles that I would like to fix.

I am not an artist and had to quickly rush out the ending sequence of the game in order to get it out on time, so I will (at some point) put out a quality improvement update for the game which will change the endings and correct any of the punctuation and other dialogue box problems.

Alongside Caving Calamity, I am aiming to revamp my team projects (Circadia and Cormoran) with some of the team members that worked on them in order to make these games the best that they can be! Again, this will be done some time next year as I am currently covered in coursework!

For now, I hope you enjoy what there is of the game as of now and hope you may remember the game when I release the updated version in 2025. If you have any suggestions for the game, please comment them as I would love to read what players are thinking of the game and adapt feedback to better the game.
